I've reinstalled Realtek drivers and even done a clean install of windows with a wiped drive and still no audio. You can also launch the Run prompt and enter the "devmgmt. Otherwise I couldn’t get the proper help.

Expand Sound, video and game controllers, find IDT High Definition Audio Codec, right-click it and select Update driver.

Then, either install them yourself or have Windows 10 do that for you via the Device Manager. From the device manager window, click View and select show hidden devices (unless it already has a tick on the left).

Only the PC speakers appear as an output device. To open Device Manager on your system, go to the Start menu and look for "Device Manager".

Right-click the listing for your sound card or audio device, then select Update driver > Browse my computer for driver software > Let me pick from a list of device drivers on my computer.

All hardware detected (and useable) by Windows will be listed in Device Manager (drivers do not matter or affect detection, only operation). The only thing i see is High Definition Audio Device, and not Realtek. Also, when i plug an audio device directly into a jack, it doesn't recognize it.
